At Handbook, we’ve been on the inside of the corporate world, and we’ve seen firsthand the frustrations with employee training. Traditional systems were overly complicated, manual, and ineffective. It was clear that the status quo wasn’t good enough. We knew there had to be a better way to manage employee training, onboarding, and compliance.

That’s when we decided to create Handbook. We wanted to build an employee training system that automates the onboarding process, assigns the right training to the right employees, and ensures compliance—all without the usual headache of clunky, outdated systems.

The journey started with a simple realization: traditional LMS (Learning Management Systems) were difficult to navigate and cumbersome to manage. They lacked the flexibility to scale with growing businesses and were far from intuitive. The more we used these systems, the more we realized just how much time and energy we were wasting.

We set out to build something better.
